1. How does Largame protect my privacy?
We, Largame Inc., understand the importance of your privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you on how we use the information we collect and how we protect your data.
2. I don’t want to play a game by Largame anymore. How do I remove this game?
From your News Feed, click on your profile photo found on the top right of the screen. Click on Settings & Privacy. Then click on Settings and go to Security and login. Choose Apps and Websites.
Click the Remove button beside the name of the app you want to remove.
Mark the checkbox on the pop up if you want to delete game history. Click Remove.
3.Storage period and erasure of data
1.We process your personal data as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, or is prescribed by a legal obligation to store the data. Subsequently, the data is deleted in accordance with statutory laws.
2.If you want to have the data on you including the player profile deleted, you can, for example, send an email to jeff@playfunstudio.com. In order to be able to identify the data concerning you for deletion, we need your Facebook Instant Game ID. Please note that it is not possible to use the Facebook Instant Games without such a player profile. If you use our Facebook Instant Games again after deletion of your player profile, a new player profile will be set up for you.
3.If a user does not come back for 90 days, we will delete the data belong to this user automatically.
4.Data that we store for legal reasons, however, is stored for as long as this is required by law. After expiry of a statutory retention period, the data will be deleted without undue delay, unless there are other reasons within the meaning of Art. 17 (3) GDPR opposing the deletion.
Largame has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, damage, unauthorised access or unauthorised changes. In particular, Largame will transmit data only in encrypted form. However, Largame points out that privacy and data security cannot be guaranteed for transmissions outside Largame's sphere of influence.
The classification of Platform Data is PRIVATE DATA, we will follow the Data Handling Guidelines to process/access that data.
Storage of platform data on organizational and removable devices is only allowed when there is a clear and actionable business purpose.
Platform data held on organizational devices and removable devices is deleted once the business purpose for storing them no longer exists.
About Meta access tokens
Must not be written such that another user or process could read it.
Process or store Meta access tokens on server side:
Must be protected using a data vault with separate key management service (KMS) and where access to the decryption key is limited to the application.
Must not be written to log files.
About Meta App Secret
Largame never expose the app secret outside of a secured server environment (e.g., it is never returned by a network call to a browser or mobile app and the secret is not embedded into code that’s distributed to mobile or native/desktop clients).
About Vulnerabilities and Security Issues
Largame test the app and systems for vulnerabilities and security issues at least every 12 months.
Largame will resolve all critical and high severity vulnerabilities related to server before released to production.
Largame will test the cloud configuration for security issue related to server host before released to production.

This Privacy Policy was developed with your (hereinafter referred to as the “user”, “users”, “you” or “your”) ease of understanding in mind. Largame Inc. 2. Information collected while the user plays our Services
2.1 To use the Service, the user may log in through their Facebook Messenger account. Through this login process, our Services collect the following information:
2.1.1 The user’s game-scoped ID
2.1.2 The user’s Facebook Messenger user ID
2.1.3 The user’s language setting
2.1.4 The timestamp of when the user last accessed the application
2.2 Personal information that identifies the user such as name and profile picture are NEVER stored or cached anywhere, but only used to create customized user experience such as personalized share images.
2.3 Game data associated with the behavior of the user in our Services are NEVER stored or cached anywhere, but only used to continue user progress.
2.4 In order to manage the information our Services receive through Facebook, the user must follow the instructions provided by Facebook for modifying said user’s information and privacy settings. The privacy management tools for applications on Facebook can be found at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications&ref=settings.
3. Advertisements shown in our Services
Our Services may contain advertisements from companies other than Largame that may link to their own websites, online services, or mobile applications. Largame is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these services from the advertisements. If you have any questions about how these services use your information, users should review their policies, and contact them directly.
4. Push Notifications
4.1 Users are provided information about our Services and pertinent content through messages sent through Facebook Game Messenger Bots (hereinafter referred to as “push notifications”).
4.2 Push notifications are sent through Facebook messenger, and are set with consent from the user. If the user turns messages on, the User can receive push notifications. The user’s browser and/or app and/or device must also support such push notifications. In order to facilitate the delivery of such push notifications, our Services must store the user’s game-scoped ID, Facebook messenger user ID, user’s language setting, and timestamp of last access which are all provided when the user plays the game for the very first time.
4.3 The user may choose to opt out of the push notification service at any time by disabling the function through their Facebook Messenger settings or,
4.3.1 Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=applications.
4.3.2 Choose the app you want to stop receiving notifications from.
4.3.3 Click the View and Edit buttons.
4.3.4 Click the bell found in the top right corner.
4.3.5 Choose Turn Off.
5. User’s Right to Revoke Data Access
5.1 Users can always choose to remove the game from their list of active Instant Games which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=applications.
5.2 Upon revoking data access, our Services will not be able to make additional requests for user data or send messages to the user.
5.3 Users may also opt to delete their game history on Facebook for our Services by following these steps:
5.3.1 Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications&ref=settings.
5.3.2 Choose the game you want to remove.
5.3.3 Click the Remove button.
5.3.4 A pop-up message will appear. Check the box to delete the game history. Click Remove.
5.4 If the user has removed the Service from their list of active apps, rest assured that all history and data of the user playing the Service have been removed already. If the user has any more concerns about our Services, the user can contact us at jeff@playfunstudio.com.
6. Office in Charge of Protection of Information
6.1 To facilitate the protection of information and process related complaints, Largame designates an officer in charge of personal information protection.
6.2 Should the user have any concerns regarding their personal information, they may report it to the aforementioned officer. Largame will review such concerns and provide a response.
6.3 The user is obliged to provide sufficient and accurate information so that their concerns may be evaluated properly. Largame may ask the user to provide additional information as a condition for the evaluation of their concern.
